Yup...Tomlinson blew the double play for the win and then Giants bull pen gave it up.

This should go down to the last week of the season. I don't think either
team has a World Series worthy bull pen.

Nah - it just means they're due. This year for sure.

Only the score in the last inning matters...

Will somebody tell me why the Dodgers' front office did nothing over the
winter to address their woeful bull pen? It's as bad as last year, and that was bad.

GO CUBS!

There's nothing like Vin.

And no-one will ever replace him.

I'm enjoying this tonight....

I thought number 42 played a really good game yesterday. He did it all - hit 2 home runs in the same inning, stole a couple of bases, made some great plays on defense and pitched a complete game 2-hit shutout!

The Dodgers and the Giants lost all legitimacy when they cowardly tucked their tails between their legs and slunk out of the Big Apple in the middle of the night.

Jim, a lot of people have had to slink out of New York, or Chicago, in the middle of the night.

Heathens have you no sense of history, of wrongs done! The Golden State, full of hubris, taking whatever it pleased no recompense in the offing, ahh.....but then came the drought.
