Chaz-glad to hear she's on the mend! Hope she has a swift recovery so she can run around soon. She looks great, you'd never know she just had a major surgery.

hey there say, ohmy... poor kitty... hope the eye gets better soon...

say, ontheedgeandscaredtodeath:
my other brother has a dog that looks kind of like that... fun dog...

also:
edge, love the dog running in the snow... patty ann marie has finally MET her limit, as to snow-bounding through abounding-snow:

see the next few pics, under these, in my NEXT post... she just can barely hit bottom-ground, to bound back up, now... :O

here is the first fun pics, though:

:)

edit:
wow, the larry, what a neat pic! with the train!

hey there all, say... here is patty ann marie, in CHEST deep snow...
still having a great fling at her race-run...

this IS the deepest she's run in... *during the other year, this deep-kind, was very frozen and stiff, and she did not sink much, (it did make her feet bleed once, though, from the scrape, as she zoomed across the snow)...

now THIS year, the day i took her, the snow was still soft...

*after these pics were taken, we had MORE snow, and she so, when she jumped in it, to run, and found she could barely bounce back out... so we have stopped for now... ohmy...
but this was our pics of that few days before of her fun-run
at neighbor's yard:

all in all, it was sure funny to see go-for-it...
:))

funnier, still, the next time we came here, and she didn't want to DO IT!!
AND it, being her FAVORITE thing to do!
:o

oh my...

and say, wow, what another neat pic, you got:

did you use the 'self photo' setting on the camera, or did someone take the pic?

well, until the snow gets lower, patty ann marie, is busy doing THIS now:

CAT WRESTLING....

will have to post tomorrow night...
it is too late now... :))

nite all...

i have no idea what happened to the cat's eye. he showed up in november with one eye and he was neutered and didn't spray and got along with the dog so we kept him.

i got tired of cleaning bloodboogers out of an empty eye socket everyday so we got the surgery to remove the deflated eye and the tear ducts and some other stuff.

to repay us, he brings in mice, the gold standard of cats.

he refuses to wear a patch.

I love all these cool dogs.

The Larry-your dog reminds me of a great dog friend I had back in another life!!! The dog friend of mine, from back in the day, is the reason I got my little cattle dog.

Spinal surgery was one month ago today. She's been cleared by the vet for daily walks, to get her back into shape. The vet figured maybe fifteen minutes would tire her out. Dobermans don't get tired. Today's walk was an hour-and-a-half, and she wasn't showing any signs of slowing down.
