There are 270 calories in 6 oreo cookies, add one glass of milk ..say, 1% milk because that's whats in the fridge.. that's 102 calories... OR there's 72 calories in one shot of whiskey.....so..cookies and milk? or 5 shots of Jameson. See what I'm getting at here?

^^ Mountain Standard Time two days late? Works for me.
So I'm here in Montreal with Ivana Frump, all dressed up in her frumpy clothes, won't let me take her pictures.
So we're drinking some Stone Hill Norton wine from Hermann, Missouri. You wouldn't think of Missouri as a place that would produce good wine, but this stuff is knott bad at all. It's actually their State Varietal. Dry but full bodied, rather like our Lodi Petite Sirah from last week.
Face down your Missouri prejudice and try some Norton!

me, i am celebrating GETTING the LAST of the 30 bags of leaves, out of all the nooks-and-crannies, around the yard, from FALL, ...
whew... finally the spring plants can push up so much better...

celebrating with some warm tea, though... it is still a bit cold
for spring, :)) so tea works quite well... :)
plus, it is not a 'scotch' night, and the wine is gone, :)
