Looks cool.
I'm not sure how a plane helps you get on top of Half Dome, though. :-)
Unless you don't live within weekend driving distance of Yosemite or something.

That Half Dome trip (midnight climb up the cables) was during a Mammoth to Yosemite backpacking trip, and the plane did help. - Ney

Oops, yeah, it could help for a trans-Sierra trip.
I think my "climb-centric world view" is showing, as was thinking about getting up Half Dome, instead how it could be just part of a longer hiking trip.
