FA: TM, Tom, and Don Herbert, 7/85.The face to corner left of Golfer’s Route, Family Affair is rarely done since the (original) bolts were not indicated in previous topos. While not too runout, the face is comparable to a 5.9 version of Golfer’s Route, and so should only be led by those comfortable at the grade. Fun flake and knob climbing on the first pitch leads to a belay ledge, and the somewhat runout 5.9 crux face starts the second pitch, with an interesting (although often dirty) corner crack finish.
