thats funny - i thought high plains drifter seemed easier. i did them both in a day but high plains is more technical-endurance and a little heady while triple cracks is like 3 hard power moves in a row - i think the reason triple cracks seemed easier for you maybe and harder for me and others is simply because they are different styles of bouldering.

Triple Crack is an awesome problem, but it's the easiest V7 I've ever been on. I would say more like a V5 or V6. But I guess it's just better to stick with the original grade from back in the day. Compared to High Plains Drifter V7 in the Buttermilks, Triple Crack is a cake walk. Regardless of the grade it's still the best problem out there.
