Midnight is far too late for me, but before I go, I do want to point out that the Supertaco T-shirt Nature is wearing in those pictures at the top of this thread ain't just for show.

Took this shot of him while we were climbing at Index. He's pretending to be cool, but a couple of "moderate" climbs there gave him a pretty good workout.

That was a great few days, which we all celebrated in one of my favorite ST threads: "Nature visits the non-stop erotic cabaret".

Can’t keep my eyes open that long.
Prepping for a trip to the Arctic Ocean.
That’ll make a nice break from what was.

My fav poem of grief from Woolworth...

What though the radiance which was once so bright
Be now for ever taken from my sight,
Though nothing can bring back the hour
Of splendour in the grass, of glory in the flower;
We will grieve not, rather find
Strength in what remains behind;
In the primal sympathy
Which having been must ever be;
In the soothing thoughts that spring
Out of human suffering;
In the faith that looks through death,
In years that bring the philosophic mind.

So long....see you all, or most, at FaceLift.

Signing off,
Susan

This is Kate (Holdplease2) remember signing on the first time with a land line like 15+ years ago. Will miss it here, and just want to thank the people who helped shape my life over years and taught me so much and have become such good friends. Be well, all.

Wooh Hooh!!! Hi all you crazy peeps - let's see how the last night goes. I have a feeling I know what the last 10 minutes might entail. lol.

I have to get up at 3:45 am and guide a tour, so can't be here too late, but here for a bit.
I'm nostalgic already. I haven't been here in years, and now regret it a bit.
looks easy from here

Hopefully I'll be asleep in 2 1/2 hours, but realistically that's up to my 5 month old daughter.

E . . .

Very pleased to have seen you here over the years. It's been a long time since I saw you face to face . . . way back at Curtis and Jessica's wedding at Mammoth Mountain Inn.

DOOD! (that was a long time ago!)

I always loved your style!
